We’re looking for a bold and organized Social Media Manager to lead content planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple client accounts. You’ll work closely with our creative team to ensure each brand’s voice is represented authentically, while keeping everything on track and optimized for performance. This is a client-facing role, so confidence and clarity in communication are essential.Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of social content planning and scheduling
- Manage content calendars and client approvals using ClickUp (if you're not familiar with it, no worries, we’ll provide training)
- Work closely with the creative team to guide copy, design, and video formats
- Monitor analytics and create monthly performance reports with insights
- Communicate directly with clients for feedback, questions, and approvals
- Research trends and competitor content to inspire fresh, relevant content ideas
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok strategies
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- A love for building brand presence and telling stories that connect
- Bonus: Familiarity with sustainability, EV, or health/lifestyle industries
