In 2019, Neda and Aniseh left successful corporate careers in automotive to build an agency that could hold strategy and creative at the same level.
Fierce grew from a shared belief: strong businesses deserve marketing that reflects the quality, ambition, and care behind them.

OUR ROOTS
The story of Fierce didn’t start in a marketing firm. It began with two families immigrating to Canada, trading everything for one thing: Freedom.
As first cousins growing up in a new country, Neda and Aniseh carried the weight of that sacrifice.
They did what was expected, they climbed the corporate ladders of the male-dominated automotive world, reaching the top of luxury brand management. But at the summit, they realized, in a country of no limits, staying “safe” was the only thing standing in the way of their legacy.
In 2019, they walked away from corporate security to build an agency that provided a platform for visionary women and disruptive brands.
They didn’t start this agency to play it safe. They started it to be Fierce.
